Data Mining, Graph Machine Learning, Large Language Models, Artificial Intelligence
Research Status
Yuxiao’s research focuses on data mining, graph representation learning, and large language models (LLMs). Together with collaborators, his recent research includes heterogeneous graph embedding (metapath2vec, heterogeneous graph transformer (HGT)), network embedding (NetMF, NetSMF, ProNE, SketchNE), graph pre-training (GraphMAE, GraphMAE2, kgTransformer, GPT-GNN, GCC), and LLM pre-training (GLM-130B, WebGLM, CodeGeeX, ChatGLM) algorithms, some of which were deployed for billion-scale applications in AMiner, ChatGLM.cn, Facebook, and Microsoft and nominated for best papers in ECML-PKDD'23, WWW'22, WWW'19, and WSDM’15. Before joining Tsinghua, he was a researcher at Meta AI and Microsoft Research Redmond.
