On January 9th, 2012, the 2011 Summary and Commendation of the General Assembly Documentary of DCST held in multi function hall, FIT Building. Professor Zhao Youjian, deputy director of DCST, hosted the meeting. Over 120 active and retired faculty members participated in the meeting.

At the meeting, Wu Jianping, chair of DCST, summarized the work of 2011 from the following aspects: discipline construction, teaching, research, student organization, faculty work, administration and foreign affairs. Then he emphasized the direction and goals of DCST in 2012. Finally, directors of each institute gave reports on their work of the institutes respectively.
